The company CUPRUM doo was founded in 1992 and during the first decade of its existence and business we were engaged in the representation and distribution of the product range Von Roll Isola, a Swiss manufacturer of electrical insulation materials for the production and repair of electric motors (including traction motors), generators, transformers, induction furnaces, power magnets for cranes of all strengths and sizes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the end of 2005, our company expanded its activities and focused on specialized works in construction, primarily waterproofing works and works of the underlayment type (industrial floors) on residential and commercial construction projects.<\/p>\n\n

As part of these activities, together with our then principal SCHOMBURG from Germany (manufacturer of materials in the field of construction chemistry), we cooperated with a number of I<\/span>investors and main contractors such as companies: CD Unoinvest, Monterra, Meridian Balkans, Deneza M in\u017eenjering, Gemax, Trudbenik gradnja, Interprojekt in\u017eenjering, Put in\u017eenjering, Pancevo Oil Refinery, Belgrade Oil Refinery, etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Materials from the SCHOMBURG program with which the works were performed are: polymer cement and polymer bitumen coatings, bentonite tapes, epoxy and polyurethane self-leveling floors, etc. In parallel, the company has a number of contacts with manufacturers of membrane waterproofing materials (PVC and FPO membrane<\/span>) for foundation structures and flat roofs, such as: EUROFLEX Italy, TEXSA Spain, VWS Germany.<\/p>

Since 2007, CUPRUM doo has been increasingly dealing with the field of ecology, namely the rehabilitation of existing and construction of new landfills with the aim of procuring and installing standard HDPE (high density polyethylene) membranes for landfills, as well as other materials such as GCL foils, geotextiles, geo drainage and geo erosion foils, etc. The intention is to achieve a serious approach in the business of lining regional landfills in Serbia and abroad with professional staff and cooperation with renowned manufacturers, and, if necessary, assistance to project houses and institutes during project development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Already at the beginning of its work in this area, the company receives an important and responsible job, as a Subcontractor for the municipality of Pancevo, to perform work on the removal of the old and installation of a new HDPE membrane at the regional landfill Dolovo near Pancevo. During 2007, the work included foreign procurement and installation of approx. 40,000.00 m2 HDPE membrane with a thickness of 2.00 m (rough at the position of the slopes and ramparts, and smooth in the body of the landfill). The works were carried out within the agreed deadlines, and after the completion of other construction works by the main contractor, the landfill became the first regional landfill of its type in our country, which was completed in 2008.

At the same time (2007 - 2011) we are dealing with the import of waterproofing materials and the execution of waterproofing works with our principal SCHOMBURG from Germany (manufacturer of materials from the field of construction chemistry). Objects we worked on:

In the meantime, intensive business cooperation between our company and the Italian company UNI ECO, which specializes in environmental projects, was achieved, and based on this cooperation, a contract was signed for the procurement of materials and the execution of works at the regional landfill Duboko near U\u017eice. The work was carried out with approximately 70,000.00 m2 of HDPE membrane installed with the same amount of geotextile (two types of 400 gr\/m2 and 800 gr\/m2), bentonite waterproof cover, so-called GCL layer, as well as approx. 50,000.00 m2 of geo erosion network. In addition, works were carried out on lining animal waste landfills in the vicinity of Novi Sad (Ka\u0107 and Kisa\u010d), slag and ash landfills of the Kostolac - \u0106irikovac thermal power plant.

In previous years, cooperation was achieved with project houses (Ma\u0161inoprojekt, Arco projekt, Spreg, Hidrozavod DTD, etc.) through which our company participated in a number of projects and solving details related to waterproofing in buildings, civil engineering, hydro construction, etc.

2011-2012. We have been intensively continuing with the procurement and installation of HDPE film in the II phase of covering the above-mentioned slag and ash landfill of the Kostolac Thermal Power Plant in \u0106irikovac, which means another 120,000.00 m2. The material manufacturers with whom we had cooperation at that time are: AGRU Austria, RKW Germany, ATARFIL Spain, FONTANA Italy, TEMA Italy, EUROBENT Poland, etc.

From 2013 to 2018, we carried out works on the installation of HDPE geomembrane, geotextile, GCL (bentonite membrane) on the ash and slag pit of the Kostolac TPP in \u0106irikovac ~ 500,000 m2 - partial annual execution and at the same time we cover smaller construction sites with the procurement and installation of membranes.

2018 \u2013 2019 as representatives of foreign companies Carlisle Holland (producers of EPDM geomembranes) and Manifattura Fontana Italy (producer of all types of Geotextiles)
We deliver and install EPDM geomembrane and Geotextile at the facility. Performance of works on the regulation of the river Pe\u0161tan - Baro\u0161evac, for the newly constructed river bed of 4 kilometers in length.
In Kr\u010dedin, we are carrying out work on covering the storage pool of the antifreeze system for apple plantations with geotextile and HDPE geomembrane with penetration treatment. 40,000 m2
During 2018-2020, we are also carrying out works on the installation of HDPE geomembrane on the expansion of the ash landfill in \u0106irikovac - Kostolac for the needs of JP EPS of Serbia ~300,000 m2<\/p>\n

In 2020 - 2021, we are carrying out work on the new landfill in Vin\u010da, on the installation of geotextiles, GCL bentonite membrane, as well as HDPE geomembrane with special treatment of lagoons, ramparts and penetrations.<\/p>\n

In 2022, we officially become representatives of Solmax Germany for the distribution of their products in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
425,000m2 of HDPE geomembrane manufactured by Solmax was delivered for the needs of the ash landfill in \u0106irikovac, Kostolac JP EPS.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, 60,000 m2 of HDPE geomembrane was delivered to the Gacko BIH landfill.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
